Do your offerings change from day to day?
Yes. Because we bake in small batches, our case may vary based on ingredients, seasonality, and what is fresh from the kitchen. You will usually find customer favorites along with something new to try.
How far ahead should I place an order?
We recommend ordering ahead whenever possible. Many regular breads and cookies can often be prepared with about 24 hours notice, while specialty pastries such as croissants, danishes, and macarons are best ordered with about 48 hours notice.
Do you offer custom cakes?
Yes. We love creating custom cakes and specialty desserts for birthdays, anniversaries, showers, holidays, and other meaningful celebrations.
What are some of your signature items?
Some of the items most associated with our bakery include croissants, pain au chocolat, danishes, macarons, cream puffs, quiche, sandwiches on house-made croissants, fresh bread, cheesecakes, and custom cakes.
Do you offer gluten-free or allergen-conscious items?
We may be able to accommodate some specialty requests with advance notice. Please contact us to discuss your needs. Because this is an active bakery kitchen, we always want to be thoughtful and honest about what we can safely provide.
Do you deliver?
At this time, pickup is our main focus. Delivery may be available in limited situations or added more fully in the future.
